E-lock for added security and convenience

Paarhammer windows and doors are ideally suited for integrated home security systems. We use patented German made Siegenia-Aubi hardware with tilt-and-turn function. With new E-lock entrance doors, French doors or Bi-fold combinations with multiple security locks can be operated electronically as well as manually.

 

Integrated Home Security

E-lock fitted doors and windows can also be integrated with new home security systems like C-bus or similar and operated through swipe card, fingerprint recognition, PC or mobile phone.

 

Window Sensors

Sensor closers can be incorporated with optional integration in home security systems.

Sensors can close windows automatically:

– for heat control in winter (when temperature outside is lower than inside)

– in summer (when temperature outside is higher than inside)

– during a bush fire

– in high wind areas, at certain wind speeds

– rain control

Sensors linked to smoke detectors

– selected windows open automatically during a house fire to get rid of smoke and fumes

 

Integrated Home Security Systems can be tailored to each project and can be incorporated into most custom made windows and doors.
