Since 1990, the focus of our operations has been on maximising work flow efficiencies and the right environment for our staff. From small beginnings, Paarhammer moved to a new purpose-built 4500m2 facility in 2010 which features a state of the art timber recycling system that produces hot water and heating during the cold winter months.
A showroom with a large range of products is awaiting visitors and a spacious training area for trade customers and staff is also in place. We are happy to show prospective clients through our manufacturing facilities (by appointment) so you can see how your future windows and doors are created. See a short 'Client Experience' video.
Paarhammer supplies windows and doors Australia-wide from the manufacturing facility in Ballan, Victoria. You are welcome to see why we chose
Ballan as our manufacturing base.

We are deeply committed to a sustainable future
Our commitment to good environmental outcomes goes beyond our products:
Our new manufacturing facility is just one example of how we aim to keep as low a carbon footprint as possible. There is Light Management to reduce electricity needs, and Waste Management where even our wood shavings are being recycled into wood briquettes that are used to provide hot water and heat our factory during the winter month, with the rest offered to the public. This reduces landfill by about 1700m3 per year, around 2/3 of an Olympic sized swimming pool. Read more

Most Paarhammer products are offered stained or spray painted. We use Adler paints which are especially formulated for longevity on windows and doors. These paints are water based and contain low to very low VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). Also the Cutek oil used for bushfire products is low VOC. The use of low VOC finishes, rather than finishes with higher VOC levels, translates to a reduction in the emissions in your home and a better indoor environment for health and wellbeing. Read more
